Design Process Highlights
Design Inception
During the initial client meeting, I had the opportunity to learn about the client’s business and the value that she wanted to provide to her clients. I asked the client to share her approach and style as a realtor and we explored the emotions and the mood in her business. It helped us to get an idea of how the new website and the brand will communicate to the visitors. I noted the answers to explore the design directions.
Mood Boards & Style Tiles
After grouping the meeting notes into common themes, I created two mood boards to get a visual understanding of the look and feel of the design. I then created two style tiles to translate the mood boards into design assets. I received feedback and refined the style tile before applying to the wireframes.

Wireframes
After we found a reliable real estate listing (MLS) API provider, our team worked closely together to align the programming constraints with the design. We tested with multiple contents and designed the wireframes to be responsive with the content generated from the MLS API.
